FAQs
FAQs
What happens if the weather delays my project?
We understand that projects don't always go as planned. That's why many of our extended rental rates include additional days at no extra charge, giving you extra time for weather delays and project interruptions.
Do you offer delivery, and what is the delivery fee?Â
We do not offer routine delivery services. However, for customers within the city limits, we may be able to arrange delivery depending on availability. Please contact us before your rental to discuss options.
What trailer should I use?
To safely haul our equipment, we recommend an equipment trailer with at least a 10,000-pound payload capacity. Not sure if your trailer is adequate? Contact us, and we'll help ensure you have the right setup before you pick up your rental.
Do you offer rental insurance?
We do not currently offer rental insurance. Before taking possession of any equipment, all renters are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms and responsibilities of the rental to help protect both you and Summit Equipment Rental.
Absolutely! Tell us about your project, and we'll recommend the equipment and attachments that best fit your needs.
Contact us immediately. If the issue is due to normal mechanical failure, we'll work quickly to repair or replace the equipment.
Late returns may incur additional rental charges. Please call us if you need extra time.
Is fuel included?
Our equipment is provided with fuel and ready to work. If the equipment is returned with a lower fuel level, you'll be charged for the fuel needed to refill it.
